1. Definitions

• Service / Valet Service: Vehicle parking, retrieval, and related support services provided by our staff.
• Customer / You: Any individual using our services.
• Vehicle: Any car, SUV, or automobile placed under our custody.
• Parking Location: Any site where our team operates (hospital, mall, hotel, restaurant, event venue, etc.).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By handing over your vehicle or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and any additional notices displayed on-site.

3. Scope of Valet Parking Service

• Receiving vehicles from customers
• Issuing parking tickets (physical or digital)
• Parking vehicles in designated areas
• Safely retrieving vehicles upon request
• Recording arrival and departure times
• Basic safety checks during handover

Our responsibility begins when a valet attendant officially receives your vehicle and ends once it is returned to you.

4. Customer Responsibilities

a) Vehicle Condition

Customers must ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and free from:

• Mechanical faults
• Fluid leaks
• Brake failures
• Insufficient fuel

b) Removal of Valuables

Customers must remove or secure valuables such as cash, electronics, jewelry, personal bags, and documents. The Company is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

c) Pre-existing Damages

Customers must declare any scratches, dents, interior/exterior damage, or faulty systems. Failure to report may void claim eligibility.

5. Company Responsibilities

• Safe handling and parking of vehicles
• Professional conduct
• Secure management of vehicle keys
• Returning vehicles to rightful ticket holders

6. Valet Ticket / Token

Customers must present the original ticket or digital token when collecting the vehicle. If lost, identity and ownership verification will be required, which may cause delays.

7. Liability & Limitations

The Company is not liable for:

• Loss of personal belongings
• Pre-existing vehicle conditions
• Mechanical or electrical failure
• Any damage caused by natural disasters (flood, fire, storms, etc.)
• Third-party damage
• Unauthorized or illegal items inside vehicles

8. Insurance Coverage

The Company maintains third-party liability insurance covering damages caused by proven negligence of our valet attendants.

Claims are accepted only when:

• Incident is reported before leaving the valet premises
• Vehicle has not left valet premises
• Original valet ticket is presented
• CCTV and internal verification confirm the claim

9. CCTV Monitoring

Parking areas may be monitored by CCTV for safety and investigation purposes. Footage may be shared with authorities, insurers, or host venues when legally required.

10. Fees & Payments

Valet charges are displayed at the service location or communicated by the host venue. Customers agree to pay applicable parking charges and site-specific fees.

11. Prohibited Vehicles

We reserve the right to refuse vehicles that:

• Contain illegal items
• Are uninsured or unregistered
• Have major mechanical failures
• Pose environmental or safety risks

12. Website Use

• No unauthorized access attempts
• All submitted information must be accurate
• Content cannot be copied without permission
• Data use is governed by our Privacy Policy

13. Suspension or Refusal of Service

We may refuse service to customers who behave abusively, provide false information, or violate venue parking regulations.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

15. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
